Friday, May 4, 2012 - 03:59 Welcome to the PDF Theme Camp application form. By filling out this form you are requesting your Theme Camp to be placed in a reserved area. If you are creating a Theme Camp and are NOT requesting a reserved area do not fill out this form (just show up at PDF and set up in any open areas). Please note that all Sound Theme Camps MUST register and be placed. The temporary Sound Policy for Spring 2012 can be found here: http://playadelfuego.org/sound
Please have the "Camp Leader" fill out the questions and submit before Thursday, May 3rd, 2012. Once completed you will receive an email confirmation. Then, about a week prior to the event you will be emailed the placement map.
